Personally, for Java ME applications I prefer using NetBeans IDE (Current version is v6.7). Feel free to follow this link and take a look at some screentshot. Also if you are intsrsted in learning further about Java ME and JavaFX Mobile you can follow this link.







However if you are interested in Symbian application development (For Nokia Phones), the only suitable IDE I can recommended is Carbide C++. However this IDE is very resource consuming, so make sure you have enough RAM to run it. More info can be found over here.

Well, finally I'm not a very familiar with Mobile programming YET. But things will surely change in near future.
