AntiTrust Film (Anti Trust Film)

Actually this is not a 'New Release', but it's a very interesting film. Thought to add it over here for those who haven't checked this great film.

And this was his idea,

Any kid working in a garage anywhere in the world..
with a good idea can put us out of business.



"NURV" is a software company which is going to aim only on the profit. They don't care and also they don't like the FREE SOFTWARE trend.

This film is all about the secret business of "NURV", about how they are going to complete their revolutionary project named "Synapse".

Briefly, according to the story, 'Synapse' is a system which is designed to build a complete communication system among various platforms. Including TVs, computers, mobile phones and advertising systems.





Milo Moffman and his friend are invited by NURV CEO Gary Winston, to join them as developers. Milo accepts the invitation and he was assigned with the development of server socket. Gary introduces this entire system to Milo and he tries to keep him on their side.







Milo's friend rejects the invitation. He decides to keep busy with his favorite FREE SOFTWARE projects (FOSS Projects). Unfortunately those become the last days of his life. He was murdered by a gang. Milo finds a fiber optic cable at his friends place. That's how he starts to investigate this murder by himself, when the law was silent.



He was not so sure about these NURV people. He does some tricks and mess up all the security system of NURV so he can freely check the entire building.



Milo realizes that the park is not just a park, after seen the hidden starlight dish. He checks the system and he finds what actually happened to his friend. He collects all evidences required to prove that this murder was done by NURV. Milo realizes that NURV is checking other FOSS developers (OCR their daily work) using fiber optic cameras.

















That’s the beginning of an interesting story which will end in an interesting way. Most of the commands they use in the film are real ones.

I’m not going to describe the whole film. Otherwise it’ll become uninteresting for you. I’m going to leave the most interesting part of the story for you…..
